At NY Styels, we ensure a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the terms and timelines for product delivery.
Processing Time
All orders for the "NY Styels" package are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package is shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the "NY Styels" package are included in the price of the service. No additional charges will apply for standard shipping within the United States.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days within the United States. - Expedited shipping options are currently not available.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services and products, we have specific return and refund policies in place.
Non-Returnable Items
- The 6-week boutique training course (once commenced).
- Exclusive tools and materials provided as part of the package.
- Boutique inventory once it has been shipped or received.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@fashiondealersociety.com or call (222) 122-4323. You will be required to provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us for eligible returns.
Refunds
For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exclusions
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for items that are found to be intentionally damaged or misused.
